Possible use
Prototype a shop-information or pre-booking enquiry flow and refine it through test conversations. Confirm integrations before accepting real bookings or taking actions in another system.
Things to check
Check publishing channels, usage allowances, knowledge sources, conversation-history retention and integration setup. Voice conversation and video avatars are different capabilities.
Integration with a particular app builder has not been tested. These are possible uses; check the required features and connection methods individually.
